Managing directors and personnel managers of all companies depend on reliable salary information. Which salary is perceived as objectively appropriate is primarily based on what comparable companies pay in similar positions.
In many industries, however, salaries are not transparent. Companies and employees are wary of salary information, or only share distorted images. Worldwide Salary Comparisons
We support our clients in the definition of fair salaries. We have been conducting salary comparisons around the world for more than 20 years and are asking the human resources departments of companies in different industries and sizes for their salaries. We evaluate the collected data statistically and discuss the results with as many people as possible in our network, especially with our colleagues in personnel consulting and our clients, in order to round off the values.
